Bubble Text Generator โ€“ โ’ทโ“คโ“‘โ“‘โ“›โ“” Letters Copy & Paste

Bubble text is lettering wrapped in circles, like โ’ทโ“คโ“‘โ“‘โ“›โ“” or ๐Ÿ…‘๐Ÿ…ค๐Ÿ…‘๐Ÿ…‘๐Ÿ…›๐Ÿ…”, made from Unicodeโ€™s circled letters rather than a font. White bubbles come from the Enclosed Alphanumerics block (U+2460โ€“U+24FF) and black bubbles from the Enclosed Alphanumeric Supplement, and this bubble text generator does either in one tap.

White vs black bubble letters

The two bubble styles come from different parts of Unicode, and that changes what they can do. White bubbles have capitals, lowercase and digits in the long-supported Enclosed Alphanumerics block. Black bubbles exist only as capitals, in a newer supplement block, with their digits borrowed from Dingbats. For softer or plainer alternatives, our font guides cover small caps, cursive and bold.

White bubblesโ’ทโ“คโ“‘โ“‘โ“›โ“”Capitals โ’ถโ€“โ“ (U+24B6โ€“U+24CF) and lowercase โ“โ€“โ“ฉ (U+24D0โ€“U+24E9)โ“ช (U+24EA), โ‘ โ€“โ‘ณ (U+2460โ€“U+2473)Enclosed Alphanumerics, inside the Basic Multilingual Plane

That difference shows up in practice. White bubble letters are one UTF-16 code unit each and are covered by most fonts, so they tend to survive older phones. Black bubble letters take two code units each and are more likely to appear as empty boxes on an old device. The guide to the Unicode blocks behind fancy text explains why the plane boundary matters.

Bubble numbers: where single circles stop

The generator converts numbers digit by digit, so 10 becomes โ‘ โ“ช. Unicode also has single circled numbers up to twenty in the same block; copy them here when you want one circle instead of two:

Circled numbers 21 to 50 exist too, but in the Enclosed CJK Letters and Months block (ใ‰‘ U+3251 to ใŠฟ U+32BF), where font support is patchier.

Where bubble text works: Discord, Instagram and CODM

Whether bubble text survives depends on the field, not on the generator. A username field usually accepts only plain letters, while a display name or bio accepts almost any Unicode character up to a length limit. The table below pairs each platformโ€™s published rule with what it means for bubble text; the last column says honestly whether we have pasted it on a live account.

Platform and fieldPublished ruleWhat that means for bubble textLive paste test
Discord username2โ€“32 characters; lowercase letters, numbers, underscore and period onlyRejected: bubble text uses characters outside that setRule from Discordโ€™s help center; not pasted
Discord display name1โ€“32 characters; special characters allowedAllowed by the rule; white bubble letters are one UTF-16 code unit each, black ones twoNot yet tested on a live account
Instagram usernameLetters, numbers, periods and underscoresRejected: styled letters are not in that setNot yet tested on a live account
Instagram bio150 charactersAllowed by the rule; long lines may hit the limit sooner than plain textNot yet tested on a live account
Call of Duty: Mobile nameShort name field; published guides disagree on the exact limit (14โ€“16 characters) and the game filters some symbolsMay be refused or shortened; the game decidesNot yet tested in game

Rules reviewed 7 October 2026. Platforms change their filters without notice, so paste into the real field before you rely on it. Discord, Instagram and Call of Duty: Mobile are trademarks of their owners (Call of Duty is published by Activision); SoShareIT Fancy Text is an independent site with no connection to them.

Bubble text FAQ

How do I type bubble letters?

Type your text in the box at the top of this page, choose White bubbles or Black bubbles, and press Copy. Then paste it wherever you want the circled letters to appear.

Are there lowercase black bubble letters?

No. Unicode only has black circled capitals, so the generator converts lowercase letters to black circled capitals. White bubbles do have lowercase.

Why does my bubble text show as boxes?

The readerโ€™s device has no font for those characters. Black bubbles are the usual culprit because they sit in a newer block; white bubbles are supported much more widely.

Do bubble letters work in an Instagram bio?

Instagram allows special characters in a bio, within 150 characters. Usernames are different: they accept only letters, numbers, periods and underscores.

For other looks, the SoShareIT Fancy Text generator turns the same words into square, bold, cursive or small caps in one tap.
